Selling Your Home
Selling your home can be a scary process. There are many steps to ensure a successful and stress free transaction.
Step 1: CMA
It starts with a CMA- Comparative Marketing Analysis. The CMA will assist on giving a seller an idea of what the market is doing around their home. It even includes an estimate of what your properties possible value is. This is the best place an agent and seller can start as it gives them a step in the right direction!
Step 2: Listing Agreement
The Listing Agreement outlines the agreement between the agent, brokerage and the sellers for the property. During this time we discuss the listing price, complete a sellers disclosure and go over the listings marketing timeline! We can go over all of the required documents at our property consult meeting.
Step 3: Listing Marketing Plan
This is where agents can make or break a listing. Every agent should have a marketing guide and have a plan for plan each property. Step 4: Sell It!
With the right marketing plan and a knowledgeable licensed agent the next step is sell it! With my bachelors degree in contracts the contract portion is a breeze! I will walk you through anything that might arise as we are selling your home!
